Lets Go Boho Chic
Bohemian style was inspired by the free spirits and hippies from the 60s and 70s. In the 2000s the Boho Style was no longer just for the Hippies. More Boho trends were popping up across the West Coast. Celebs were rocking Bohemian Dresses, flowing lace tops, scarves and over sized black frames, large totes. Paparazzi were snapping pictures and posting everywhere. While on the East Coast the trend was moving all through the Soho, Village. However, some are still skeptical of Expressive Style and it may take longer for them to jump on board.
Boho Chic is nothing new for the fashion world, Designers has expressed themselves freely on runways. In my opinion West Coast is more lay back and they adapt to Boho Chic easier than the East Coast. I visit the West Coast twice a year and must say many are not into designers clothes, they express themselves freely with their clothing. They dress very simple with layers, white tee, khaki or cargo, vans etc.
East Coast is exploring it more now and some are rocking it heavy like everyday. Others are creating and trending their Boho Chic looks on social media. Some may have to play catch up but I'm telling you I absolutely love the Boho Chic Trend and I hate to say trend so I will say Style. For years I've been rocking the vintage dresses, over sized shades, big earrings and more. I remembered people telling " You look so cute" or " I love that on you but I couldn't wear it". Boho Chic is not going anywhere, it's here to stay.
Fashion is all about expression and and how far the individual is willing to take it. Fashion is a story waiting to be told to millions.
