Five Things Successful People Do Before 8AM
It’s 2017 and the term “millennial millionaire” is a real thing. It’s not surprising that our dreams are now a little bit more tangible. I mean, the internet being the ultimate resource success is literally a couple of clicks away, right? It is no secret that we all want to reach success as quickly and efficiently as possible. It’s not the will that we lack. It’s the strategy! Have no fear, Yaz is here! No need to reinvent the wheel, here are a few routine tips that I picked up in the military that will get your day started and fuel your mind to tackle all goals and obstacles on your road to success:
Take it from me, the U.S. Army veteran, nothing gets you pumped up and ready to rock like a quick 30-60 min workout early in the morning. This not only helps your figure but releases endorphins that have been proven to help with handling day to day stress.
2: Plan Your Day
An idea is just a thought until gets written down. Then, it becomes a plan! Write down your daily tasks and physically scratch them off as you knock out your tasks one by one. The actual act of scratching tasks off is quite satisfying.
3: Eat a Healthy Breakfast
This one is self explanatory, momma always said “breakfast is the most important meal of the day!” This is because food is literally your fuel. Would you start a road trip with a 1/4 tank of gas?… So, don’t start your day on an empty stomach.
4: Meditate/Visualize Your Goals
Taking a moment to center yourself, and be in the moment allows you to take control of your emotions and how you see your day. Visualize your day, and figure a strategy to tackle your daily goals. Visualizing and manifesting your plan into reality is key to reaching success.
5: Make Your Day Top Heavy
Make the day top heavy, meaning put the more difficult tasks first. Once you get those out of the way the rest of your day will be a piece of cake!
Rinse and repeat until these become habit. These simple life adjustments will help you align your mind body and soul all to propel you to be the best version of you. And that is real success!
