Kanye West Allegedly Makes Peace With Taylor Swift and Beck
In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Kanye West revealed that he and Taylor Swift made up at this year’s Grammy awards and have put their 2009 VMA awkward moment to the side.
But perhaps what is most surprising is that Kanye also claimed that he and Swift plan to get in the studio together and collaborate on new music.
"Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we're definitely going to go in," he said Wednesday morning on Seacrest's KISS-FM radio show.
He added, “Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I'm down to get in the studio and work. I don't discriminate, I don't have an elitism of music because of like how many Grammys or you know, the amount of ratings you get on an album. I that think everyone loves music whether they love hip hop, alternative, country, and if I could be involved in giving people any type of energy, advice in the studio, whether you're Beyoncé, whether you're Taylor Swift, whether you're Jay Z, whether you're Beck, whoever, and they can be reciprocal with that, I'd like to be involved with that.”
Kanye also attempted to rectify his recent interference of Beck’s Grammy speech. He clarified his initial claim that Beck doesn’t respect artistry and is now calling him the “most respected artist.”
Beck has yet to respond to Kanye’s semi-apology, but we wouldn’t be surprised if he replied with a huge eye-roll.
Instead of apologizing and trying to reconcile with people you once disrespected, how about you think before you speak Kanye!? The antics are beyond overboard at this point.
