VH1 Reality Star Ahmad Givens Dies at the Age of 33

Ahmad Givens—who is famously known as “Real” from VH1’s “Real Chance of Love”—-has died at the age of 33 from colon cancer.

Givens was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013 and since then he has been documenting his surgeries on Instagram. 

Givens’ last Instagram post was published on February 15. He captioned his photo with a loving message to his brother who is famously known as “Chance.”

“Chance” also frequently documented his brother’s cancer struggle on Instagram

Following his brother’s death, “Chance” took to Instagram to announce the tragic news to his fans. 

"We love you forever bro. I'll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God's kingdom forever and ever bro words can't describe my pain world pray for me!” he wrote.

Givens has a son named Madhi and a wife named Racquel.
