Tia Mowry talks ‘Sister,Sister’ reunion, slams Keke Palmer feud
Tia Mowry is currently on a promo tour for her new cooking show “Tia Mowry at Home.” In addition to promoting her new show, Tia has also been clarifying some rumors about her personal and professional life.
While appearing on the “Meredith Vieira Show,” on Friday, May 1, Tia revealed that she and her twin sister Tamera want to give “the fans what they really want” and work on a “Sister, Sister” reunion once they have more room in their schedules to film.
"So many people, they want to see [Sister,Sister] back and, you know, I would love to. It’s just all about timing. I am workingright now and my sister is working on a show, so we’ll see. The fans, they really want it, so we'll give it to them probably."
In a separate interview with MadameNoire, Tia officially squashed the rumor that she has a problem with Keke Palmer.
Tia insisted that there “is no truth whatsoever” to the rumor that she has beef with Keke over her husband Cory Hardrict.
“She actually came over to our house and I gave her a signed copy of the book,” Tia said about Keke. “It’s just really sad that we can’t have my husband do well or Keke do well without people having to make up disgusting rumors. There’s no truth to anything.”
The rumor of Tia and Keke’s beef first started after Keke joked about having a crush on Tia’s husband Cory Hardrict when she was younger during a press interview for her film “Brotherly Love.”
It was rumored that in response to Keke’s comment, Tia tweeted and then deleted a subliminal message about someone mentioning a married man in an interview as not being cute.
“Saying you like married men in interviews [is] not cute…Just saying,” Tia allegedly wrote.
