Kendrick Lamar never ceases to amaze with his ambition to stop the violence and increase the love in the black community. No matter what kind of project he’s working on, he continues to stay true to himself and use his platform for good. His project with Reebok proves to be no different. K. Dot will be releasing a sneaker that is set to improve gang relations between the two most notorious gangs- the Crips and Bloods. He will be putting his own spin on the classic Reebok Ventilator model with a smooth off-white suede base, blue accent on the left shoe, and red accent on the right. What’s really cool about the design is the lettering behind the tongue, the insole, and the back of the shoe. The back of the tongue will read “neutral,” while the back of each shoe will read their respective show color (BLUE & RED). The front of the shoe tongue and the insole with both read “Kendrick Lamar” in the classic Good Kid, M.a.a.d City font, along with the TDE logo.

You can pick up your own pair of TDEx Reebok classics on July 18th.
