Azealia Banks Calls Flight Attendant a Homophobic Slur
Azealia Banks has once again become the topic of controversy after recently getting into a verbal altercation with a Delta airlines flight attendant and a few other passengers.
Passengers from the Delta airlines flight videotaped Azealia yelling at a flight attendant who refused to let her leave the plane. When the plane’s captain threatened to call the police, Azealia grabbed her luggage from the flight attendant’s hands and proceeded to call him a “f**king fa**ot.”
Sources say that Azealia’s altercation with the flight attendant was a direct result of another spat she had with a French couple on the plane just a few moments earlier.
Azealia allegedly became violent with the French couple who blocked the exit and refused to let her get through. Azealia then retaliated by allegedly punching the man as his girlfriend stood nearby.
It was then that the flight attendant intervened and Azealia began arguing with him also.
Since the video release of Azealia’s airplane meltdown, she has gone to Twitter to defend herself and slam naysayers and media outlets for portraying her in a negative light. She also responded to Twitter users that have described her as homophobic.
“I am bisexual. my brother is trans. My employees are all gay men. . Nothing else to say,” Azealia tweeted.
What are your thoughts on Azealia’s airplane fiasco? Should she apologize for using a homophobic slur in the midst of an argument?
