Nick Cannon took to Instagram on Wednesday July 22 to ensure his fans that he is doing okay though he remains hospitalized.
Cannon reveled that he had been overworking himself which is what eventually landed him in the hospital.
He wrote "I gotta stop running my body to the ground. I be wanting to grind nonstop but the engine can't run on fumes. On the low though, I really think I'm a super hero... Now I'm not saying I'm Batman, but I am saying nobody has ever seen me and Batman in the same room together. LOL #ImGood."
Sources claim that in addition to working on various music and television projects for himself and his “N’Credible” artists, Nick has also been suffering with lupus for the last few years.
In 2012, Nick told “Good Morning America” that doctors initially thought that he had kidney disease, but later diagnosed him with a rare form of lupus that solely attacks his kidneys.
"It's a rare form of lupus that's just attacking my kidneys,” he previously told GMA. “They thought it was just kidney disease, and then they were trying to figure out why my immune system was attacking my kidneys and that was sort of the root of it all.”
Get well soon Nick!
