  • IM BIG on cooking to heal your chakras so recently ive been on the path of becoming RAW vegan! Im super excited for this journey and to share it with you all. With that bein said i now introduce to you, my eggplant bites, one of my absolute favorites to make.

Eggplant, avocado, red peppers, sweet plantains, Kale, black beans, rosemary, turmeric and sage

Why these seasonings ?

rosemary, The herb has been hailed since ancient times for its medicinal properties. Rosemary was traditionally used to help alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, boost the immune and circulatory system, and promote hair growth

 

Turmeric,  Turmeric is a natural painkiller and cox-2 inhibitor. May aid in fat metabolism and help in weight management. Has long been used in Chinese medicine as a treatment for depression. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is a natural treatment for arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

Sage,  not only does sage help remove negative energy from the body it Boosts Cognition, Treats Inflammation, Improves Bone Health,  Antioxidant Properties, Strengthens Immune System, Prevents Alzheimer’s Disease,

After you slice and season the eggplant and additional veggies, bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

After layer your eggplant with avocado sweet plantains and hummus and black beans and enjoy!
